Harry Trumble is a retired police Officer who was with the Los Angeles Police Department for forty years. He spent his last few years focused on the case of the "'The Clown Killer".
He appears in "Voices Carry" where he is so dismayed that he never managed to catch the clown killer that he fakes evidence so that the case stays open. This unfortunately gives the real clown killer an opportunity to start killing again.
